Hi, I’m Erin Turner — I’m so glad you’re here. Truly, welcome.
If we haven’t met yet, let me tell you a little about myself.
I’m the CEO of Momentum Management Group, a brand management company dedicated to serving Christian-based speakers, authors, pastors, and influencers. I’ve been honored to work with some truly incredible people and organizations — including OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network, Twitter, Jackie Hill & Preston Perry, The Chosen, Laila Ali, Nona Jones, Chef Nyesha Arrington, Michael Todd, BET: Black Entertainment Television, TBN, and Create & Cultivate.
I’m someone who deeply loves God, travel, good wine, heartfelt conversations, and spending meaningful time with my people.
My middle name, Mozell, comes from my great-grandmother — a name I wear with pride because it honors the powerful women who came before me and helped shape the path I walk today.
More often than not, you’ll find me with my phone in hand, capturing the small, fleeting moments that make life so beautiful.
One of my greatest passions is speaking into the potential of others — there’s nothing like witnessing the hidden treasures within people come to life.
One of my favorite things is the way God brings people into our lives — sometimes just for a brief moment, like an elevator ride, and other times for a season or even a lifetime. However long the moment, I don’t take it for granted.
I’m so grateful you’re here and excited for the stories we’ll share, the connection we’ll build, and the purpose we’ll walk out together.

Erin Turner began her career at ESSENCE Magazine in New York City before moving to Los Angeles, where she worked with The Oprah Winfrey Network and Twitter. In 2020, Erin shifted to full-time ministry, relocating from Los Angeles to Tulsa, OK, to serve as the Executive Office Director and Chief of Staff for the Lead Pastors at Transformation Church. Since then, she has taken on several significant roles, including Tour Manager for Jackie Hill Perry and Preston Perry's With The Perry's Tour, overseeing Global Marketing and Distribution Strategy at The Chosen, and continuing her work as CEO and Founder of Momentum Management Group LLC, where she manages Christian speakers and influencers. In 2024, Erin made another move, this time to Dallas, Texas, where she now resides.
Driven by a passion to empower others through faith, Erin has a unique gift for helping people heal from their past, fully embrace their present journey, and deepen their relationship with God. Through her own life and work, she strives to inspire others to embrace the multifaceted nature of their faith, demonstrating that true strength comes from being both authentic and purpose-driven.
