Erin Turner began her career at ESSENCE Magazine in New York City before moving to Los Angeles, where she built her career leading influencer marketing, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional business initiatives for global media and entertainment brands.

In 2020, Erin transitioned into full-time ministry, relocating to Tulsa, Oklahoma, to serve as Executive Office Director and Chief of Staff to the Lead Pastors of Transformation Church. Since then, she has served in several influential leadership roles, including Tour Manager for Jackie Hill Perry and Preston Perry's With The Perry's Tour, supporting Global Marketing and Distribution Strategy for The Chosen, and founding Momentum Management Group LLC, where she partners with Christian leaders and organizations to expand their reach through strategic partnerships, brand development, and business growth.

Today, Erin serves as Assistant Director of Business Operations & Strategy at TBN+, where she leads cross-functional initiatives that drive business growth, revenue strategy, sales enablement, strategic partnerships, and operational excellence. She collaborates across executive leadership, business operations, marketing, product, and content teams to build scalable systems, optimize performance, and execute initiatives that accelerate organizational growth. As a licensed financial agent, Erin is also passionate about helping individuals and families steward their resources wisely, recognizing that financial well-being is an important part of living with wisdom, purpose, and legacy.

At the heart of everything Erin does is a desire to help people become who God created them to be. Whether she's developing business strategy, building partnerships, encouraging spiritual growth, or helping others create a strong financial foundation, her mission remains the same: to equip people to steward what God has entrusted to them so they can live with greater purpose, create lasting impact, and leave a legacy that honors Him.

Based in Dallas, Texas, Erin serves organizations, ministries, business leaders, and individuals across the country through strategy, operations, partnerships, and faith-centered leadership.
